CROSSFIT OPEN
The 2026 CrossFit Open is a three-week, global fitness competition open to anyone where participants complete one new workout each week and submit their scores online to see how they stack up worldwide.
To offer our support and provide injury screens and muscle work, we will have booths for all three weeks, at both Unicus Athletics and CF Iron Country. Come on by!

The Argyle Easter Egg Hunt at Unity Park will feature fun for the whole family!
This FREE event will have everything from an egg hunt, bounce houses, kiddy train, old-fashioned games, local business and artisans, and so much more! Come by and see BASE PT and support the community.
Lone Star Trail Murph

Get ready for an exhilarating day of fitness and fun at the Lone Star Trail Murph in beautiful Flower Mound! This exciting event will take place at the scenic Northshore Trail, featuring a unique combination of trail running and bodyweight challenges that will put your endurance and strength to the test. Participants can choose from several divisions, including a novice category with a 1-mile run followed by 100 ring rows, 200 knee push-ups, and 300 air squats, as well as intermediate and elite versions that ramp up the intensity with standard pull-ups and weighted vests. For those who prefer a pure footrace, there are also 5k and 10k trail run options, as well as a 5k ruck event for the adventurous at heart.
