Hip, Knee, Ankle and Foot Problems

Lower body pain often involves tendons, muscles, ligaments, and joints working together to support movement and bear weight. When any of these structures are injured, strained, or inflamed, it can lead to discomfort in key areas. Because these parts of the body are interconnected, an issue in one area can affect how you move overall, making it important to address pain early and comprehensively.

Discomfort in these areas can result from muscle imbalances, joint inflammation, or injury. The hips play a major role in supporting your body’s weight and enabling movement, so hip pain often affects your walking, standing, and balance. The knee is critical for nearly every movement, and addressing knee pain promptly is key to preventing further damage. Pain in the ankles or feet can arise from sprains, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, or structural imbalances. Because these joints absorb shock and support your body with every step, even minor issues can become painful and limit activity. We consider how each part of the kinetic chain affects the others. Our personalized treatment plans are designed to address your specific pain points, restore mobility, and get you moving comfortably again.
