Radiculopathy happens when a nerve in the spine gets pinched or irritated. This can cause sharp pain, numbness, tingling, or weakness that spreads down your arms or legs, depending on which nerve is affected.
During your evaluation, we look for changes in sensation, strength, and reflexes that help us figure out which nerve is involved. We will then focus on easing the pressure on that nerve by using special exercises and improving your posture and movement habits.
